[Natural Rubber Processing Example] Protective Material for L-shaped Angles

By connecting the cross-section with a strong adhesive process, an L-shaped configuration is achieved without the need for a mold!

We would like to introduce a case where we produced 63 pieces of L-shaped products using natural rubber as protective material for L-shaped angles, based on the customer's request. The dimensions are L-shaped with 20mm and 40mm sides, and a length of 1050mm. While integrated molding (extrusion) would require a mold, this time we used a water jet cutting machine to cut the material to the specified size and joined the cross-sections with strong adhesive processing, achieving the L-shaped form without the need for a mold.
